The Claresholm and District Health Foundation was established in 1999 to raise, receive and manage money for the purpose of purchasing equipment and improvements at the Claresholm General Hospital and Willow Creek Continuing Care Centre.

Since it's inception, the Foundation has raised funds for and purchased in excess of $500,000.00 worth of equipment and improvements for these facilities. 

Funds are derived from a variety of sources including gifts from individuals, businesses, associations and service clubs, grants, fundraising events and investment revenue.

ALL FUNDS ARE SPENT EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CLARESHOLM GENERAL HOSPITAL OR THE WILLOW CREEK CONTINUING CARE CENTRE
